Founded in 2017 by a group of passionate entrepreneurs, we began with a simple mission: to bring light and hope to rural villages in Borneo where electricity was scarce. From our humble beginnings in Lawas. And today, we proudly serve the whole of Sabah, providing solar solutions to homes, businesses, and communities across the state. We’ve helped over 100 homes light up their lives through solar products and systems, giving families safety, children a chance to study at night, and communities the power to dream bigger.

As our impact grew, so did our vision.

Today, HAG Solar Energy is on a mission to become Borneo’s leading solar brand, not only uplifting the underserved, but also empowering businesses, commercial buildings, and homes to embrace clean, sustainable energy.
